The CapDent Plan is available directly to
individuals and their families. Most diagnostic and preventive
services are covered in full. Other dental services are
covered with minimal co-payments. For example, if you go to
the dentist twice a year for a checkup and cleaning, your out
of pocket would be $0, totally free!

This plan has no
deductibles, maximums or waiting periods and there are no
exclusions for pre-existing conditions. You do not have to
fill out any forms either.

Healthplex conducts an
extensive evaluation of all dentists before and after they are
admitted to the network. Each dentist goes through an extensive
application and credentialing review process. Healthplex
performs on-site inspections that encompass the provider
facilities, staffing, management, equipment, sterilization
techniques and patient records.
This dental insurance product stresses preventive services to reduce
the potential for more serious problems down the road.
